2. Did the computer come up with Win10 preinstalled, did you practice a clean install of Win10, or did you upgrade a Win7 computer or a Win8.i figurer [<=PICK ONE!] to Win10?

three. Who manufactured the computer (e.thousand., Dell; HP; Acer; Lenovo; ASUS)?

4. Has a Norton application or a McAfee application EVER been installed on the figurer since you bought information technology?

five. Have you lot ever run the Norton Removal Tool and/or the McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool?

Using ASUS all in i computer, bought 2/2017.  Using Norton, I installed. Have Not run the Norton Removal Tool.  Windows 10 Home Version came on reckoner, version 1703.  I am using Chrome to admission internet. Family unit Tree Maker suggests using Chrome, non IE.

Have used Family Tree Maker for many years, this trouble merely came upward today.  "No cyberspace connection or firewall may be blocking access"

Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue. I even shut off the Windows Firewall merely I still get the same error message. This simply started a few days ago after an update. How can a whorl back the update?

I answered your query on 7/22 simply no response.  Information technology seems a lot of people are having this same problem.

This is why - the connexion services from Ancestry.com are no longer active (they were suspended on July 17th, 2017). You must upgrade to FTM 2017 to restore connection services. This was a planned deprecation. Data is institute here:

It appears FMT maker was purchasef by beginnings and so they fabricated a new Family tree maker 2017 and no longer connect with any other versions.
